As the calendar turns, our Warrior Connect focus for the month moves to the Heart domain in the Holistic Lifelong Learning Framework. Home- rooms will focus on belonging and connection, and several homerooms will get outside for a schoolyard cleanup.

As we move towards this Thanksgiving weekend, just a reminder that we have classes on Friday, and the school is closed on Monday.

Looking ahead, we will have our next fire drill on Tuesday at 10am. Also on Tuesday, you will receive an invitation to sign up for our School Con- ferences, Oct 19 in person from 4:30pm-8:00pm and Oct 20 online from 9am-12pm.

A reminder that it is that time of year– Fees. Please ensure that you
have reviewed any pending fees in your myCBE account and reach out to us with any fee questions.

A note for our Football Families and Fans, beginning this week there will be a Gate charge for all Calgary High School Athletics Football games, please see the attached information.

This past week we acknowledge World Teacher Appreciation Day as well as Custodial Staff Appreciation Day. The staff here at Henry Wise Wood are truly remarkable and I would like to take this opportunity to thank each of Staff member for their incredible care and service to our Warriors.
