​Dear HWW Students, Families and Community members, 

We continue to enjoy our 12 Days of Spirit as we move toward Winter Break. Thank you to all of those students and staff who have been taking part!

A tremendous thank you to all of our parents/guardians and especially  to our School Council and Parent and Alumni Association for the Staff Appreciation Breakfast on the December 8 Non-Instructional Day. It was a time of laughter and connection, the Staff felt very well celebrated.

We continued our collaboration in outcomes-based assessment, with a focus on actionable feedback. Department teams worked in subject specific areas to explore our instructional strategies and student learning needs.

A congratulation to Coach Rajan, Coach Remedios and our Model UN students for our first WiseMun on the weekend. The Conference was very smooth, student feedback was rich and the intellectual rigor each participant enjoyed was outstanding.

A reminder of our Locker Clean up in Warrior Connect this Friday, bring home your extra shoes and clothing for the holidays. 

This Monday, December 18 is our next School Council meeting, both in person and online at 6:30pm. We look forward to hearing from our Wellbeing Learning Leader as our guest speaker.
