Principal's Message

Dear HWW Students, Families and Community members,

A big welcome back to Ms. Newman and our Warrior Band students who took the “show on the road” and played at West Edmonton Mall and in Red Deer on the weekend.

It is a short week next week with classes Monday– Thursday, but we have a full week planned! We are grateful to have the richness of so many cultures represented in our school. On April 15-17, we are delighted to host our third annual Culture Days. Students are invited to take part in one of 3 ways: 

· April 15– movie in Courtyard

· April 16– sign up for potluck

· April 17– visit Culture Booths and wear our cultural attire/ Warrior gear

Spring Sports Athletic photos are taking place on April 16.  A reminder that report cards will be visible in PowerSchool on April 22nd.  

On Friday, April 11, we will have a Community and Wellbeing Resource Fair in the Courtyard. Many community agencies will be on hand to share their resources with students and staff.
