How does this benefit my student at Henry Wise Wood?
On average, Casino funding contributes $70,000 every two years. This is the most important fundraising activity we do as a school. It pays for:
Elder Guest Speakers Photography Equipment Math Equipment
English/ ELL/ Lead Books Drama Lights & Sound System Sports Equipment
Science Lab Materials Model UN Sewing Machines
Leadership Learning Robotics and much more!
It’s actually a lot of fun and you get to meet others in your school community and make new connections. Each volunteer shift brings in approximately $2,000 for our school.
Don’t worry if you’ve never done it before, you’ll get all the training you need.
You also get a free meal during your shift.

All jobs are computerized and there is a paid supervisor to walk everyone through the process.
