Dear Future Warrior Families,

Henry Wise Wood High School is pleased to invite you to one of our upcoming Course Registration evenings for incoming grade 10 students. We recognize the significance of a transition to high school and these sessions have been designed to support students and families as we prepare for the upcoming school year and complete the registration process.

During the evening, we will:

• Review academic programming and course sequences
• Discuss teacher recommendations and course planning
• Outline of available student supports
• Provide a brief overview of school fees
• Review registration forms, student selections and important timelines

The evening will begin with a short presentation covering key information for all families. Following the presentation, families will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a Henry Wise Wood staff member to review registration forms, ask questions, and ensure students feel confident about their course selections.

While attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged that parents and families attend. Your involvement plays an important role in supporting thoughtful course planning and helping students make informed decisions about their academic pathways.

We will host three registration sessions and hope that you will be able to attend on your given date. However, if that is not possible, please plan to attend one of the other sessions. No RSVP is required.
